Job Ref. :uker346 PCB Design Engineer / Design Engineer PCB   Job Location: Manchester, Woking, Guildford, Reading, Slough   Qualifications: Minimum HNC in Electrical   Terms: Permanent only   Salary: negotiable Job Details This exciting company currently has a vacancy for a PCB Design Engineer . Your main task will include design of highly complex, multi layer, dense double sided SM and PTH PCB´S INCLUDING bga and fine pitch Micro SOIC packages, for use in a high end motor-sport applications usingCadence design tools. Activities include Library part creation and management Schematic capture Creation of all data and documentation for the production of PCB´S Liaison with design engineers and packaging engineers Liaison with fabricators Liaison with production assembly departments Skills required Recent experience of Cadence Allegro and supporting tools would be preferred, but experience users of other high level PCB design tools will also be considered Basic knowledge of electronics in understanding how PCB layout affects the final circuit design. Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes,PCB assembly techniques and how PCB layout can be used to optimise these.
