| Graduate Systems Software Engineer

The successful applicant will be responsible for definition of features and functionality for products, including software systems requirements definition, design evaluation and system integration testing.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
The applicant will need good written and spoken English
Excellent analytical and communications skills. A background in software development & knowledge of development methodologies e.g. UML would be beneficial. Can-do attitude, taking ownership of the design and implementation of a feature from inception to delivery.
Self motivated and Pro-active.
Degree or equivalent in computing, science or engineering discipline (2:1 or 1st)
You will have either of graduated this year, graduated last year (2005) and have been working for less than 1 year or take a Masters this year, have taken a Masters last year and have been working for less than 1 year.
Strong systems specifications skills including excellent analytical and documentation skills. Able to quickly achieve a technical understanding and solve problems.
Desirable Experience: Experience of Linux and understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g. Routing, DNS, WINS). Basic practical experience of Unix and Windows commands (e.g. Telnet, FTP, lpr).
