Our client is a well established community trust that works closely with organisations throughout the North West. Due to further projects they are now actively looking to recruit the services of a skilled Energy Efficiency or Resource Efficiency specialist.
Your main responsibilities will include;
Carrying out consultancy services to excising and new Clients in terms of effective energy usage, energy efficiency, resource efficiency, corporate responsibility and social responsibilities in regards to energy and the environment
Compiling professional reports using current ICT packages
Project management including budget and financial control
Provide business consultancy in energy and environmental management
Efficiency auditing
Project evaluation
The Clients and projects are diverse and can range from general energy saving consultancy within manufacturing businesses through to environmental concerns and impact reports on new housing developments and regeneration projects.
It is essential that you meet the following criteria;
Technical or environmental qualification
Demonstrate experience of identifying, implementing and reporting on significant energy efficiency improvements within commercial organisations
Consultancy experience in a diverse business environment
Project Management experience
A sound understanding of environmental issues affecting businesses and commercial organisations
Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation
An understanding of the principles of resource efficiency and climate change
