Energy Operations Engineer - Coventry, North West, Hampshire

Job Ref. :uker16701 Energy Operations Engineer   Job Location: Coventry, North West, Hampshire   Terms: Permanent only   Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 Plus Be Job Details Our Client is a leading provider of Building Services and Energy Management consultancy in the UK. Due to further development and growth within the Energy Management divisional Our Client is now actively looking to recruit two new Energy Engineers / Energy Managers. The key areas of the position will include; Monitor energy performance of existing operational contracts, challenge variances, identify under-performing sites requiring diagnosis Collate data, produce and analyse monthly performance reports. Review existing energy reporting processes and implement new processes to drive continuous improvement Perform modelling and analysis of energy plant performance Develop and use operational tools to support Operations with optimisation of operational plant (such as combined heat and power plants), reporting, monitoring and targeting Participate in a team involved in development of company-wide operational tools for budgeting, management and reporting of operational contracts Participate in completion of reports / statutory returns for CHPQA, CCL, EUETS, CRC Participate in the establishment of challenging targets for energy efficiency and plant performance improvement with the Operations Teams Prepare reports and assist Operations in the on going monitoring, targeting and reporting of energy efficiency To apply for this position it is essential that you hold the following skills; Technical modelling, analytical and reporting skills Ability to produce spreadsheets Technical and commercial understanding of a range of technologies such as steam, hot waer boilers, CHP plant, air compressors, air conditioning, refrigeration, HVAC, BMS controls and lighting controls Excellent communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a finically strong and developing organisation, who can offer full UK service coverage, excellent technical support, strong career growth opportunities and further career development.
