* Able to organise, motivate & manage a team to perform multiple tasks, thus ensuring delivery to Time, Cost & Quality objectives
* Also extensive exp within a Ground Loads team & awareness of relevant Airworthiness requirements & associated procedures
This key role for a SENIOR GROUND LOADS ENGINEER includes:-Analysing ground manoeuvres on Single Aisle & new programmes from early design right through to flight test / certification & in-service support- Formulating work plans- Planning/managing resource availability- Checking & technically approving work carried out by other skill group members with responsibility for validity/integrity & coherency of the data delivered- Delivering Ground Loads-related information/data to time, cost & quality requirements for multiple aircraft programmes- Personal Development Reviews |
