Our products include HIAB Loader Cranes, Jonsered and Loglift Forestry Cranes, Multilift Hooklift Demountable systems, Multilift Cablelift Demountable systems, Multilift Skip Loaders and Multicover Automatic Sheeting Systems. Our products are supported through a comprehensive network of sales and service facilities throughout England, Scotland and Wales. In addition to normal parts and service support, after sales packages are available to include contract servicing, repair and maintenance contracts and training courses. Role: My Client is a market leader in Hiab crane hire and they are currently looking for Service Controller to join their successful team of technical specialists. Our client is looking for an organised, flexible team player to join its team. The successful candidate will have previous customer service/call centre experience and possess excellent customer service skills along with the ability to keep calm when under pressure and be able to multi task. The role involves the planning and organising of planned maintenance and breakdowns across the UK, dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone, internet and email and ensuring that the in house system is completely up to date. Distinct advantage if the candidate has an experience with a working knowledge of Hiab cranes, HGVs, Heavy Plant or Vehicle Mechanics and ancillary equipment. We will not provide UK work permits. Please ensure you are a UK/EU resident or have a relevant permit.
