Want to work manufacturing high-tech specialised products? Having just spent £200,000+ on new capital machinery to launch a brand new process, this 250 man company is expanding. With 20 years of trading history, my client company now has a £35 million turnover and is determined to keep expanding. This role will be full from day one, with the department certain to grow in the near future. The Role + Leading an engineering team of 18 (3 supervisors, 15 indirect reportees) + Heading up all technical operations, including production, maintenance and quality. + Responsible for manufacture of high value niche products used in scientific market. + Making a wide range of operational decisions. The Person + Background in management in production / engineering environment. + Have worked with CNC and conventional machining processes in their career. + Used to operating ERP or MRP systems. + Strong leader of people, enjoys man management and technical challenges. £30,000 - £35,000 + GOOD PENSION + BUPA We will not provide UK work permits.
