Job Ref. :uker1367 Mechanical Design Engineers (HVAC Building Services)   Job Location: Middlesex, Northolt, Stanmore, Uxbridge, Kenton   Terms: Permanent only   Salary: £23-25,000 per annum Job Details Our client, a leading building services contractor specialising in M & E services, is urgently looking for Senior and Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineers with experience in residential projects (especially luxury apartments). The role is based at the company´s office within a few minutes of Canary Wharf in London´s Docklands. The ideal candidates would have: - Up to 5 years experience in the industry and able to provide examples of past successes. - Mechanical Engineering qualifications. - Building Services Mechanical Design experience. - Experience of luxury apartment/residential projects. - Excellent prioritising and planning skills. - Excellent communication skills. - The ability to work to tight deadlines and quick to respond to changing requirements. - Experience of working for an M & E building services firm an advantage. If you´re a Senior or Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in residential luxury apartments for an M&E contractor this is a great opportunity! We will not provide UK work permits.
